Q: What makes Healing Scarves designs different from other brands? Healing Scarves is unique because all of our designs are original works of art painted by Jane D Hundley.​

Q: Are these designs available to order as prints for framing?  Yes, high quality prints are available for purchase in sizes small (8.5 x 11 in), medium (17 x 24 in) or large (24 x 36 in).  Other dimensions may also be available upon request during consultation.  We recommend custom matting and framing upon receipt of your print. 

Q: How do I choose the perfect scarf design for me? We offer a variety of designs to choose from, and you can consult with Jane to create a custom design that perfectly suits your style and personality.

Q: What materials are your scarves made of? Our scarves are made of high-quality fabrics, including silk, cotton, and cashmere.

Q: Can I wash my scarf?  Not advised.  The fabrics are finest silk and other natural fabrics.  We recommend to Dry Clean Only.

Q: How can I request a custom design? You can book a consultation with  to discuss custom design options on this website.

Q: What is the size of your scarves?  Standard scarf sizes are 36 x 36 inches (95 x 95 cm). We can choose other dimensions based on your needs during the consultation.

Q: How are the paintings on the scarves created? All of our scarf designs originated as acrylic paintings on canvas or other material. Either the whole painting image or a portion of the image derived from the art are selected for digital printing onto fabric of your choice. 

Q: Can I request a different size or fabric type for a specific design?  We do offer custom design selections where you can create a design that meets your specific needs – a scarf you will love.

Q: Are your scarves environmentally friendly?  We are committed to sustainability and minimizing our environmental impact. Our scarves are made with natural and eco-friendly materials whenever possible, and we work with manufacturers who prioritize ethical and sustainable production practices.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping? Yes, we offer gift wrapping for an additional fee. Please select the gift-wrapping option and provide any specific instructions for your notecard.

Q: Can I cancel my order?  You may cancel the order before it goes into production without incurring a fee, however the consultation fee will be non-refundable.  If your order has already shipped call us when you receive your scarf and are sure you want to return it.  If you find a flaw in the product, please contact us for information on how to return or exchange your scarf.  Customer service is very important to us and we welcome your feedback so that we can improve.

Q: Can I wear your scarves year-round or are they seasonal? Our scarves are designed to be versatile and can be worn year-round. Some designs may be better suited for certain seasons, but overall, our scarves are meant to be a timeless addition to any wardrobe.

Q: Can I purchase a scarf as a gift for someone else? Absolutely! Our scarves make great gifts for any occasion. Please send your wish list to anyone who might like to surprise you with a beautiful scarf.

Q: Do you offer discounts or promotions? We offer discounts or promotions through our website or social media channels. Be sure to follow us on social media and sign up for our email newsletter to stay up to date on any special offers.

Q: How can I care for my scarf?  Most of our scarves are dry clean only, but some cotton may be hand-washable.

Q: How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the delivery status of your order.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payment through PayPal.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order? Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please see our Shipping page for estimated delivery times.

  1. What kind of materials are your scarves made of? Our scarves are made of high-quality silk, satin, combos of silk/cotton, cashmere/modal, and other fabrics that can be selected during a consultation. All fabrics are lightweight, soft, and luxurious.

  2. Where are your scarves produced?  We source our scarves in Scandinavia and India.

  3. Can I purchase a scarf in a physical store or showroom?  No, not at this time, we do not have a physical store or showroom. Our scarves are available exclusively through our website and online virtual consultation.

  4. Do you offer free shipping? We offer free shipping on all orders over $300 within the USA.

  5. Can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, before the product goes into production. Please contact us through our website to request a cancellation.

  6. How long does it take to process and ship an order? We offer a haute-couture experience right now. Expect up to 10 weeks before you receive your scarf.  

  7. Do you offer gift cards? Yes, we offer gift cards in a variety of denominations. Please visit our website to purchase a gift card.

  8. What is your gift wrapping policy? We offer gift wrapping for an additional fee. You can select the gift wrapping option at checkout.

  9. Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Please see our Shipping page for more information on international shipping rates and delivery times.
